Current support matrix
Microsoft ended general Windows 10 support on 14 October 2025. The application may still launch on some Windows 10 systems, but we cannot recommend an unsupported operating system as a secure long-term setup and fixes may prioritize Windows 11.
What the app needs
- A supported 64-bit Windows installation with current Windows updates.
- An internet connection for sign-in, licence validation, updates and online features.
- Administrator approval only for tools that need to change protected system settings.
- Enough free disk space to create backups or restore points where the chosen action supports them.
Configurations that need extra care
Enterprise-managed PCs, school/work devices, custom or stripped Windows images, preview/Insider builds, virtual machines, anti-cheat-sensitive configurations and systems with organization-enforced policies can behave differently. Ask the device owner or administrator before applying system-level changes.
When to contact support
Send the app version, Windows edition/build, the exact action and error message to [email protected]. Never send your password, Windows product key, full payment-card data or unrelated private files.
